Team Administrator (Part Time) - Margaret Street

Job Description:

The Team Assistant will work 2 days per week with the Team Coordinators to provide full administrative support to the Business Space Departments. One day per week will be worked with each team.

The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.

They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, and Savills’ colleagues.  A self motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of all expense claims for Directors and Associate Directors. This includes inputting and processing claims on a weekly basis.
  • Providing full administrative support to the Team Coordinators, incl. typing, photocopying, binding, scanning and sending documents.
  • Updating and/or producing schedules and spreadsheets.
  • Providing phone cover and ensuring that comprehensive messages are taken when necessary.
  • Opening and distributing post to the team.
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems for the team, including ensuring that all current communication is electronically stored in the correct area of filing.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Ask questions, interact, and discuss objectives and day to day work of your team
  • Provide assistance to team members wherever possible. 
  • Develop and maintain active communication both within your team and other teams

  • Good team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
