Lettings Customer Liaison Coordinator - Harpenden

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Customer Liaison Co-ordinator to work within the Harpenden Lettings office.

Key Responsibilities:

The Harpenden office is a busy lettings office and the role would involve working closely with the team to deal with enquiries, bookings appointing, marketing and general office administration. It is imperative for the successful candidate to be able to deliver under pressure and be confident dealing with a broad spectrum of clients both in person and over the phone.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Ideally ARLA qualified
