Rural Surveyor - Maidstone

Job Description:

The role will involve the provision of day-to-day estate management and related professional services to a range of institutional and private clients with rural properties in the south east of England.

The surveyor will report to the client director, but will have a high level of client contact and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide estate management to a high level
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Become a key member of our office and regional team
  • Assisting in marketing and business development events
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff and graduates

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum two years post qualification
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel (full training will be given in respect of internal systems).
  • Self-Motivated, Target and Goal driven individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care
  • Team player, confident with clients and purchasers, organised and reliable
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Energetic and able to think on your feet, enthusiastic
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
