Rural Valuation Surveyor - Oxford

Job Description:

The valuation of a broad range of rural and residential properties for a variety of purposes including loan security and taxation, as well as providing other professional advice including Landlord and Tenant and CPO.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in the rural sector is an advantage but not essential, but applicants must be:

  • Enthusiastic and outward going individual.
  • An ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • An aptitude for clear and lateral thinking.
  • An ability to work in a clear and logical fashion with good organisational skills.
  • Presentable both in terms of dress and communication style.
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • An interest in developing new business and to become an established and key team member.
  • Possess a solid understanding of compliance issues in respect of valuations.
  • Competent Valuer, RICS Registered Valuer (preferably with at least two years post qualification full time experience but all candidates will be considered).
  • Full clean driving licence.
